This is very useful for teachers in the 21c. Creating friendly and trusty atmosphere for learning is not easy but necessary for successful facilitation.

Forgive me for bitching this “…เมื่อเราประเมินแบบอ้อม นักเรียนจะไม่รู้ว่าเรากำลังประเมินพวกเขาอยู่ สิ่งนี้เราเรียกว่าประสบการณ์เสี่ยงหรือเดิมพันน้อย (low-stakes experience)…”. Perhaps “ประสบการณ์เสี่ยงน้อย หรือเดิมพันน้อย” would give clearer meaning to “low-stakes experience”. This is a subtlety that we should practice for good 21C teaching.
