Ummh, we need to pay more attention to this “…systems thinking และ personal mastery…”. It could be just buzz words. System thinking can be “thinking in a box” (confined by ‘system architecture/design’ or systematic processes) and personal mastery can lead to vanity (and egotism). Together they are common among “dictators”.
