We (I included) applaud the transition of thinking from ‘funding’ to ‘resourcing’ (but watch out - ‘dead wood’ can be ‘pruned’ off when they don’t contribute to revenue) and the addition of a noble shift from ‘self-interest’ to ‘public interest’ (that is necessary for building future society and ecology - Thailand 5 LTE [Long Term Evolution]?)
