I think we need more narratives and examples on Evidence Synthesis and Meta-analysis. I think they are tools that we need for Thailand development. (and I also think that we do need to develop and implement [scientific] evidence based policies and methodologies in our political system.)

Similar to evidence synthesis is a tool of “joint concepts” where optimization of two or more operations/operating systems within a certain environment for a certain goal is sought. (I think there are many more tools in the broad category: dialogue, negotiation, brainstorming, reflection, mind-map, etc.)
