After years of “child centered hypes”, we still have issues with measuring ‘outcome’ (on both delivery and effect) of education programs. We really have causes for concerns if we can’t say which delivery mechanism is better for children – because of different measuring parameters.
Is it not time we settle down to one measuring stick and use that countrywide (until we have compelling reason to change). One measuring stick may be named “TES….” (Thailand Education Standard…)
