On (the bottom right corner of) page 6 of Time (Feb 26, 2018) says 60,000 Chinese border troops were deployed to  plant new forests in an area (the size of Iceland) in China by the end of 2018.

The purpose of these forests is not mentioned but the scale of planting says clearly that China see 'trees'.

Should we start a campaign to get more and serious Thailand government involvement in reforestation?
