I wonder if schools are trying too hard to obtain high ranking (by some MOE performance measures) and children are made to bear the blunt of this ambition? Similar things can be seen from 'nations around the world try to advance xyz... and people - the taxpayers bear the burden'.
By the way, I notice (in pictures) neon lights blazing in (class)rooms and sun light shining and casting shadows on the floor. I wonder if electric lighting is necessary and if so why not reduce electricity cost by some 60% (and save the world) with LED lighting?
