Standard (and classes) for fruits ripeness must be established so we can establish fruits qualities and prices. Fruits growers will need to understand the relation between (size, shape, colour, time in season,...) ripeness and price so they can take advantage of this government's initiative. Universities and schools can help with information and implications.
