I read a few of this series (of blogs) and come to think that it's high time to 'let these groups express themselves' as a part of learning (to be leaders). Leaders are often 'persuaders' or 'communicators', they should learn to talk.

We know of leaders who don't talk well but do use their other (sources of) power (well?) and their problems - on communication ;-)
