I can't help but observing that we are still far from 'community-minded' thinking on this case "กรณีถนนเป็นหลุมเป็นบ่อ". The train of thinking that follows is "ถนนนั้น อยู่ในพื้นที่ของส่วนราชการใด". In another we look for someone to blame first.

Shouldn't we look at the reason why or the cause, then the factors for and against, before we look at solution options and select the best fix, then we can look at who and when and how to perform the fix?
