People in Bangadesh, Java (Indonesia), pacific islands and more have been watching ocean waves and water flooding their homes and farms for some time now. A lot of barriers of various types have been constructed and washed away. The problems at global level won’t be solved locally. Migration is not and easy solution -anymore- either. Adaptation seems more logical. So start designing & building houseboats ;-)
