I have questions on key factors for determination of "อันตรายต่อชีวิตหรือเสรีภาพ". Is poverty which is indirectly a danger to life, health and liberty, an acceptable criterion? Economic refugees are presently considered otherwise, why? In countries where a dominant religion permeates into laws and governance, there are suppresions of liberty (in forms of conformity or tradition) such that female and young members of communities are severely restricted from expressing their potentials and/or creativities. Is this an acceptable criterion for "อันตรายต่อชีวิตหรือเสรีภาพ"?
