I support your work on shaping the "right view" for society. Without the right view most actions (management and operations) would be withour a clear direction or merely 'reactions to fires or threats'. I think to strive for better society is far more important than to accumulate recognition and wealth.

Thailand is lacking in both visionaries and high-quality executives. The frustration resulted from these lackings may be expressed in "wishes" (that visionaries also execute their vision and/or executives also have visions.) As 'collaboration' is another word for 'democratic process' (in Buddhist term 'sangha'), mission teams are to be developed and allowed to work.

I believe you are doing a lot in many such teams already. I thank you and hold you in high regards.
