is spotted and read after above comment. The point of UNGP (United Nations Guiding Principles - for reporting) and many others (United Nations frameworks: CHRB, RAFI,...) is to ensure 'quality and relevancy' of data and information.

UN is of course trying hard to reduce costs of data by encouraging reports from 'local organisations'. This will create demand for data analysts up at congregation levels and once again lower level data collectors are not recognized.
