I think a project like 'clean' vegetables would help promote 'health' in communities -- as well as 'wealth' for local farmers. The outlook for Thailand is that the North and the North-East will be 'very dry'; the South (thanks to the floods) will be very productive. The domestic demand for fresh vegetables in the Central and tourist centres alone will make many vegetables farmers very happy. And that is an essence of 'wellbeing' -- good health.
