I support idea of retirees working for betterment of community (...nation, ...mankind) as well as helping to raise grandchildren. Taking children and including them into the work for good is a very good way to develop a 'present' and a 'future' for all.

Quality of life should be measured/rated on what we do (rather than what we are or have).
