I got confused with this:

...ในประโยค “positive” หมายถึง “nowadays” เช่น ‘We use a gas stove anymore.’ (ใช้ใน Oklahoma)...

It seems weird. I would say it makes more sense to say 'We don't use gas stove anymore' or 'we use gas stove no-more'. (Note that 'a' is not used in 'non-specific' or 'generic' sense - we mean any one gas stove or gas stoves in general). But if we say 'we use a gas stove nowadays' - it sounds quite good and grammatically correct too.
