"...“Unqualified” Adj.

หมายถึง “ไม่มี qualifications ที่เหมาะสมหรือที่ต้องการ”
(ตัวอย่างเช่น ความสำเร็จที่ได้ทำ ทะเบียนประวัติ หรือปูมหลัง)

1) ‘Until he passes the bar examination, he is unqualified to practice law in this State.’

2) ‘When he does so, he will have my legal business and my unqualified confidence.’

I think the example in 1) fits the meaning given above.

But in 2) unqualified confidence or unqualified support means unconditional or full (no ifs no buts) confindence or support.
