That "...at their earliest convenience..." is my worry ;-)

We have cases where justice is held up in in-tray for years and years (often wating for someone else to takle on after retirement -- but every one who comes to have the power to act on the cases is nearing his/her retirement -- as usual for Thailand's public service; so nothing gets done!)

Let us hope and help to bring this to the 'in-action to finalize tray' and have RSTD revision done by the end of next year.
