Hi โอ๋-อโณ : It is lovely on campuses I have been through, I think we have not taught our students enough about 'living' and being 'considerate'. (Perhaps, we focus on technology and money too much.)

I collect a big bagfull of rubbish on the roadside in front of my place every month. Most come from a fast food outlet (with a logo 'M') in town 10 minutes away. I have been doing this for 10+ years now. There is no sign of slack off in volume of rubbish. Sigh!

Why don't you start a 'clean-up our campus campaign', get (demand) funding from food outlets on and around campus, get students (and litterers) to join and do the work under supervision of campus 'cleaning staff' -- so we (and they) can learn more.
