Anyway, this post is about EIA, people understanding of EIA, government offices that should be regulating EIA and promoting EIA. The EIA here are for 'big projects' that impact a lot of people in many ways for some very long time.

People can get displaced by 'train projects' and only compensated for the value of their properties but not their livelihood while many people (investors) gain from increased values of properties and increased value of their livelihood/income. EIA should list and estimate values of this and other concerns, so projects can be 'costed' properly.

But it seems we are still asking for simple justice -- overlooked by our volunteering government.
