A win now may not be sustained over the long term (due to variability of external factors outside 'our' control). Plus the fact that 'expertise' in money trading is in one person -- not in (the structure of) organization, make this solution a quick fix!

Longer term solution is still needed. And I would look at developing skills within organization or where costs can be contained and sustained easier. (Use Thailand resources!)
