Exercises should be included in the 21stC skills! Why?

Because (from my point of view) exercises promote better health - thus better life; exercises promote better mental/brain development - thus better brain; exercises promote better attitudes and understanding of our own body - thus better society

I also strongly support 'simple exercise routines' (without special clothing; nor special tools; nor music; nor (super/supplement) food and drink; nor... they are meant for specific/special exercises). We can clean our house, our street or our wat as an exercise!
