"สิ่งสำคัญคือการเริ่มฝึกทำท่าพื้นฐานให้ถูกต้องด้วย correct posture ได้ดีและมั่นคงเสียก่อน" this reminds me of the old kungfu master's advice to beginner -- to begin at the beginning -- first get up (from sitting and lounging in front of the TV) and stand upright then walk --just walk, nothing special, just walk in mindfulness--
I didn't go very far with kungfu training, but I remember the word on "just walk" ;-)
