The time for water management (for both droughts and floods; industries and households use; micro-climate and environment controls is never more urgent than now.

Next months (July, August and September) may see a lot of rains and floods. Will farmers be fighting over water released from neighbours and large dams? Will land fills and riverbed deepenings be on again? Will we have a water management system workingl?
