Thank you nui: I am not really talking about corruption but 'economic stimulus' plans. It seems that we drop environmental (and people's wellbeing) concerns for economic growth. About one trillion baht on consturction; a few billions baht on health and hygiene; nothing for 'history, culture and arts'. But I am pleased that 'management of wastes' has become a national agenda and has money for it.
Danke ยายธี: We all need 'open space' (open as in 'open source' software) to keep our head clear from economic and political stresses. Arts and cultures go right to the heart and stay long after the money has gone.
