Result is the end point where success and failure emerges. But the journey in cooperation of people is where networks and relations are created and bound. There are pros and cons for both result and process.

(Why Wats are important in communities? Wats produce little economic results but wats are where people can express spirit of community as a member of community. I would have more trust in people who come and join the community in ordinary affair of the community -- than politicicans who come into the community at election time promising a lot of economic results. Let's us vote for leaders in our community rather than politicians in big parties. ;-)
