A wonderful recipe!

I love seeing your new paradigm in cooking from 'showing how-to cook exotic sweets and cakes' to 'using local produce in innovative ways' and now 'how-to make "healthy" sweets and snacks' (to help us cut down sugar and bad-habit ;-). 

I have a problem of cooking one set of dishes for the whole family so that everyone's need is catered for. You know at the time of family get-together, we have people with high blood-pressure, people with high blood sugar, people who need more nourishment and vitamins, people who are just plain fuzzy about food, ... But they all are family!

Home cooking is not that easy!
