1st issue:How are Human capital, Sport, Economics, Businessin ASEAN related?
In the modern days, Professional Sport is considered as Entertainment Business which can create enormous economic impacts, especially in the US, and Europe, for example, the NFL, NBA, English Premier League, etc.In Thailand, the Thai Premier League, Volleyball Thailand League.In order to run professional sport league successfully, The players, coaches, sport personnel must be act and behave professionally, to performance well,make them happy andsatisfied or do beyond the audiences’expectation, in order to get them wow experiences.These people must be taught and train and perform excellently according to the 8Ks and 5 Ks principles

The Volleyball Association, has been working hard in train the athletes to performance from local to national levels, in the first ten years, and train them internationally through international competition in the second ten years.In the past 15 years the coaches has been upgrade through the training organized by FIVB Development Center by the International reknown coaches sent by the FIVB. In order to reach the next level of professional Volleyball and run them as professional business. The Volleyball Association of Thailand has registered a new business entity called Thai Volleyball Company Limited with the mission to transform the Volleyball operation into professional business operation, with the business in servicing audience as consumers of the games. Providing comforts, safety, happiness in exchange for revenues for the business and personnels.
As for the future of the league, after success in Thailand, This Volleyball Thailand League can be extended into ASEAN. By that time, we must prepare the operation team with current experiences, mindset and attitude that will be able to speak English or the regional language, and perform at the international standard.
2th issue. Sports, Human Capital, in support of Culture and society?
Currently Sport Science has been focused for elite sport players, in facts, such science can be applied to the public for the sense of well being and healthy lifestyle, as the ministry of health usually announced to the public a campaign to exercise daily for 30 minutes, 3 days a week, to keep fit, healthy, and longevity.
It is a pity that the Physical Education Department has been separated from the Ministry of Education, and the Physical activities has been reduced to very minimal, and proper physical culture, lifestyle has not been emphasized from the childhood.In fact, the physical activities of the children if are correctly trained will help the proper growth of the body and the sports and exercise is important activities to train them their mind and spirit of living with others, working with others as a team in team spirit.This lifestyle can stick for the lifestyle.
Another issue is that the Physical Education teachers are limited and defocused by using other unspecialized teacher in teaching PE class who may not know the essence of the PE subject.

Therefore, Public health and well being is a issues that must be considered to place the importance for PE classes, hours, and personnel in charge at schools and university.And to make it worthwhile, the PE teachers must be trained in more diversed subjects to make themselves worth hiring at their work place, not just do sport training but to equipment with team building activities (creating harmony, team work) which is important for both schools and companies or even the governmental units.
3th issue:In creation and of the international relationship, reducing the corruption, and maintain international securities in the region.
In order to reduce corruptions and strengthen national or international security among government units and among countries.There must be a strong policy and punishment for the cases that offences in corruption and national or regional securities.A part of all measures to create bonding of people and agencies, and cooperation among them who involved in those matters mentioned, Sport activities such as friendly golf, tennis and football event, are frequently used to fasten relationships among the agencies domestically, regionally, and internationally.
On the other sides of the story, if the family values are well planted from childhood, from schools teachers and parents, with positive religions’ and sporting spirit then,reinforced by parents and teachers’ role model, less corruption and national securities will happen in a country and neighboring countries.
Sporting spirit in a Thai song “Kraow keela” teaching the athletes to be selfless, work for the team, respect opponent, do the best, be positive, do not take advantage, be in high spirit when loose, do not insult opponents when win, forgive if mistreated. Etc”
Project: This traditional sport value should be promoted and the people in sports should demonstrate themselves as good examples for others and avoid gambling in sports with high punishment.To call back “the sense of responsibility to the nation and human being”
