I read many books of The late Venerable Buddhadasa and one thing is clear to me that the Venerable advocated Buddhism for 'common lay-people' (not exclusively for PhD's).

In a way I'd sum up one of his views as "when we leave 'home life', become a monk to learn the Dhamma (of Buddhism), we don't really want to become 'abbot' (managing home life) again.

I wonder if your "ปริญญาเอก..จากสวนโมกข์" is in keeping with the Venerable teaching!
