If we look at 'อยากภาษาอังกฤษดี ต้องให้ภาษาไทยดีก่อน' [perhaps we'd better say อยาก(ใช้)ภาษาอังกฤษ(ให้ได้)ดี ต้อง(ใช้)ภาษาไทย(ให้ได้)ดีก่อน]. I think we have omitted a few words (to make the expression more concise) and ignored proper use of 'types of words' (verb, noun, ,,,). Thais can understand such construct well because we do not usually observe grammar (or any rule --law-and-order-- in society). Not observing and practicing grammar in religion, at school, at work, ... lead to many social and political problems we have.

Teachers of Thai language would have realized that If we make disciplinary reform in the use of Thai language, we could have less misunderstanding and more synergy to go forth in reform of society and country.
