I wonder if Thailand's vocational education system is up to this 21C change. Along with the change to more creative/innovative society, come the the needs for 'new yools', prototype or ad hoc (test and throw away) tools, and abilities to devise new tools from available materials and existing tools.
In a way, vocational education is about developing crafts and craftspersons to support society. So, vocational education is an infrastructure for society (and civilization) that must rise up to meet demands of 21C too.
Many other infrastructures : water supply and management, land use and management, human, society and services, genetic resources and environment management, transport networks, and so on seem to be on government's agenda but sadly for only wrong reasons.
