I agree with that.

I often suggest 'smiling' is a way to spread goodwill and even ;-) seems to work.

It does not cost much to smile ;-) either. But when we smile too much people start to question our sincerity. Sigh! (A gift is thus valued by its receiver -- not how it costs the giver.)
