It would be interesting to find out which is built earlier ศรีเทพ (อ.ศรีเทพ จ.เพชบูรณ์) or  สมโบร์ไพรกุก (กัมพูชา)?

My simple theory is Hindi influence spread from West to East -- not the other way from Khmer to Siam. So,  ศรีเทพ was built before  สมโบร์ไพรกุก. [(I would say) สม : สะมะ = tranquility, สงบ; โบร์ : town, เมือง; ไพร : ??? (may be khmer pronounciation of a Sanskrit word); กุก : (of) where (Pali - kuuka)/land, แดน; ]

A stone inscription at ศรีเทพ could offer some evidence when compared to one at สมโบร์ไพรกุก. See
