Can we see this appliance in every home/kitchen? (Affordable price and adaptable source of energy -- high percentage of broken rice matters only for 'export rice') ;-)

Rice in husk can keep much longer than polished rice. And we know, there are a lot of goodies between the husk and the rice grain that get polished away. Rice husk is useful in the home too -- as fuel, potting mix, anti fungal, cleaning grits, ...

And folks at research universities may want to find out if husks can deter termites (I notice that I've never seen termites in rice husk piles only occasional 'black ants'). I only hope that this is NOT due to 'excessive amount of insecticides and herbicides, rice growers use ;(
