Is it dry in your area?

It looks like the weather will be extreme (too hot, too cold, too wet, too dry, too windy and too soon or too late) for some time. The current Thailand government has a plan to spend ฿350 billions to build drains (so BKK don't get flooded again) where we need water management infrastructures that serve us in dry and wet times. Many believe working infrastructures can be built by Thai engineers and workmen for less than ฿100 billion with broadband communication infrastructures thrown-in ;-)
