1) support agency for overseas workers -- is there one in Thailand? If not why not a government or NGO body set up funded by money transfer service fees?

2) support agency for women in sex industry -- is there one in Thailand? If not why not a government or NGO body set up funded by nominal service fees?

Surely, we should support people who contribute (more concretely than most politicians) to Thailand's economy. It is more humane and Buddhist-like than the "denying face" position.
