So it seems ...สับสนปนกันมาตั้งแต่สมัยโบราณ... Thais have been very carefree and not strictly under any "rule" for very long time. This may be the main cause of "exceptions" (special treatments/privileges or inequality and many cultural discrepancies) in Thai culture(s).

The mindset that --this applies to 'you all' but not to 'me'-- is prevalent and a major cause of setbacks in society.
