If an applicant's primary language is not English, the pharmacy school may require the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), Test of Spoken English (TSE), or another English language proficiency test as part of the admissions process. Non-U.S. citizens may be required to complete the pre-pharmacy courses in a U.S. accredited university.

ทางที่ดี ควรจะสอบ TOEFL เก็บไว้ ส่วนมากทุกมหาวิทยาลัยต้องการทั้งนั้น และถ้ามีเวลาควรจะไปเรียนภาษาอังกฤษเพิ่มเติม  เพราะมาแล้ว เห็นแต่ภาษาอังกฤษ  ภาษาไทยเอาไว้อ่านอีเทอร์เนต กับคุยกับเพื่อนคนไทย  ที่เหลือมีแต่ต้องอ่านต้องเขียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ  เด็กไทยมาเรียนมัธยม, ปริญญาตรีที่นี่  แล้วสมัครเข้าเรียนเภสัช  คะแนนเธอสูงมากๆ  3.8/4.0   มีคนทำได้ และก็ทำแล้ว
