Sleep after meal?

We have doctors in the (G2K) house, don't we? Please comment!

If I may suggest skipping evening meal, going to bed at 9 or 10 PM (after a trip to the toilet), meditating in bed (if you fall asleep while meditating -- that's good).

You may wake up at 4 or 5 AM, fully recharged (unless your battery is really drained -- then you will need deep recharge for 10-12 hours in specially isolated, quiet and relaxing place.)
