I disagree. The most important thing to do research is thinking minds of people in the organization.

This is quite individualism... varied from one person to person.

So, basically, the research organization MUST be built based on people whose have research minds; not being built after a big building was built and then putting heterogenous sorts of people into.

If you have this as your primary foundation, these people will push you to any place you want with ease.

Otherwise--- you will definite waste your time.... Go fishing or sun bathing is more worthy for your life...
