May I suggest ฮอร์โมน (hormone) instead of ฮอล์โมน (???)? 

 

I have been dieting like Buddhist monks for many years and I can vow for its many health benefits. 

Monks eat only before noon and do not eat (only drink water) for the rest of the day.

Try and see for yourselves.  To make it simple to do Just have good breakfast and good lunch but only soup or fruits or nothing at all for dinner (no snack, no sugary or alcoholic drink either).  People often lose weight, sleep better, and think clearer with monks' diet. ;-) Try it and prove it for yourselves.
