As I say : Exerxises should be attitudes or practices - we do every chance we have where-so-ever.

This is the hardest part of looking after ourselves. We do not do enough "exercises" (to sweat and have muscle aches) and we do a lot of "excuses" (no time. too hot, too tired, have to do other things, later, twice as much tomorrow,...)

It is "culture". Thais think sitting on their bums (at desk, in car, in front of PC,...) is "cool".
