Yep. And after some umpteen 'draft releases' and revisions, someone (from the top) comes around and say 'this is what I see and want' (meaning : get rid of all other ideas, suggestions, recommendations,... from other team members). And a night is spent to build a surprise for everyone in the release of the "final" document in the morrow ;-)
