Healthcare "for" the community, "by" the community, "in" the community.

They get my vote for "the best community healthcare" -- a model รพ สต that the Department of Health may support more and grow in other area. This is what people can touch and use --not the fashion talk in BKK--.

By the way, Chalun.etc, do we have a "hot line" centre for these community hospitals to call and get supports/advice/training/case investigation/... or are you "it"?
