Firstly, I start to share my idea by questioning myself: What is it? Why? And how to do it? Secondly I reconsidered what I learned from the class. Then I search for other supplementary knowledge. Finally, I summarized my perception as follows:
The value creation is or are idea (s), thought (s), consideration (s), or view (s) which is or are worth (s), usefulness (es), benefit (s), advantage (s), profit (s), or satisfaction (s) to an organization or even the way of individual life. As the context of innovation management, value creation is effect on the stakeholders who are customers, employees and investors. Value creation is important to business in advantage among the competitiveness. Efficient creation will make the profit to business such as the creative product that is the innovation to the market. The effect on the management will be the process within organization. And I consider the most impact is human capital because personnel or human management by using value creation will lead to the synergic goal or target in organization. It comes from mutual creation of all stakeholders. Value creation must be on the basis of virtue, morality or merit, which includes who create those values and also the value of creation itself. Finally, the latent continuing goal is the sustainable development.
My opinion has been extended that each value creation should be left the clue or trail for another steps or leaps of the next creation or development.
