I'd like to but how? --I can't access 'your' inbox--.

A year or so there was an article in one newspaper --I can't remember which. The article says something like: IQ for Thai children before they go to school and at preschool is 105 or over. IQ for Thai children after 6 years of schooling is 98 or under. (I can't remember what IQ are for after secondary schooling and tertiary... but the numbers say the more years in Thailand's education system, the less IQ result.)

This suggests Thailand's primary education system has failed and has damaged children!

Thailand's Ministry of Education can't be happy with this result on the Ministry's report card. If children have to pass examinations, why can't the Ministry of Education 'pass' its exams too?
