Some years ago, I asked a question about usability of government websites in Vcharkarn.com. There were virtually no answer from those websites. I am still seeing much the same "tabloid" style or "template" style government websites (and school websites too).

We have not progressed much. We still have to go and get "public services" in person even when paying rates, taxes and other charges (they want "money" and make it difficult to pay -- someone ought to think this out).

ใครเคยลองหาข้อมูลจากเวปของหน่วยงานรัฐบาล?

ผมพยายามอยู่หลายวัน จนล้า อยากจะ ฟันธง ว่า "เป็นเพียงเครื่องหมาย ไม่มีข้อมูลอะไร" เราไม่รู้ว่า เรามีสิทธิหน้าที่อะไร รัฐบาลไม่อยากบอกให้รู้ด้วย? เราไม่รู้ว่า พิธีการ ทำงานของหน่วยงานรัฐบาล เป็นอย่างไร รัฐบาลไม่อยากบอกให้รู้ด้วย? ... ช่วยกันหน่อยได้ใหม ช่วยจัดระดับ ออกความเห็นว่า เวป ของหน่วยงานรัฐบาล มีประโยชน์แค่ไหน เราควรกระจายความรู้นี้ให้ คนไทยทั้งชาติได้รู้ และเข้าใจ โปรดให้ตัวอย่าง และความเป็นธรรม ...]
