"I agree that webmasters are responsible of the content whether it is posted by them or not. The same as for "print" media." This is a moot point. We now see that webmasters' responsibilities extended to cover "content of" content not just technical matters in delivering and maintaining web content text and pictures (and other multimedia files).

If we have 50 hours of content added to a web site everyday, how could a webmaster inspect "all new" content in 8 (24?) working hours. This may be happening on G2K... poor Dr Chan...
