This should be put into Thailand Industry Standard (TIS) "27/70".

Air condition still have a long way to go. For examples: sensing CO2/humidity (and other hazardous fumes); circulating air just enough and in the right place; recovering heat waste (from human, cooking, ...)

But let turn up the air-con to 27C and throw away that silly wester suits and ties ;-)
